Adelaide Hills Land Clearing select their equipment based on site accessibility, high productivity, lower operating costs, innovative technology, and its ability to create a safe operating environment.

With the Adelaide Hills & Fleurieu Peninsula areas being so diverse in terrain and soil type, every machine and piece of equipment or attachment is carefully selected with the view to minimise the impact on the environments in which we operate.

Adelaide Hills Land Clearing operates its own maintenance and servicing facilities in The Adelaide Hills supplemented by highly trained sub-contractors providing mechanic and engineering support. This comprehensive approach to selecting, maintaining and operating machinery in an environmentally responsible and safe manner allows Adelaide Hills Land Clearing to offer clients a practical low-impact and cost efficient alternative when selecting your tree harvest, extraction & transport contractor.

We are proud of the fact that when it comes to our land clearing equipment we are the only land clearing contractor in the Adelaide hills that operate their own folding skel logging trailer. This is a trailer which essentially folds up giving us greater access to areas where turning a full sized trailer around would be difficult. You can see a video above depicting the trailer unfolding.

Our 30 tonne tilt harvester is also unique to the hills., this machine tilts on hillsides (of which we have a few in the Adelaide Hills), This ingenuity provides a constant stable platform for our operators to cut down and harvest large mature trees. The harvester is a single machine that will cut trees down, remove all the small branches and cut the trunk to forestry specification sizing.

Having the right land clearing equipment and logging equipment is absolutely critical to our ability to provide our clients with a cost effective and well exicuted solution.
